If you have symptoms of coronavirus illness and you live alone, you must self-isolate for 7 days from the onset of the symptoms.  500 Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Symptoms of coronavirus are:

  • A high temperature (37.8 degrees or higher), or
  • A new continuous cough, or
  • Anosmia - the loss of or a change in your normal sense of smell. It can also affect your sense of taste as the two are closely linked.

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you are staying at home.

Urgent advice: Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:

  • You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
  • Your condition gets worse 
  • Your symptoms do not get better after 7 days 

Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.

You should continue to follow the advice from the NHS to maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene:

  • Frequently clean your hands for at least 20 seconds using soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub
  • When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, throw it in the bin and then immediately wash your hands.
